Hi,
I have a 2023 Ford Focus 1.0 125mHev.
Recently, I have been updated to Sync 4.2.4 and some.problems have started to apear very frequently. One of them is that when I have Android Auto music playing and I change the volume or do any screen change with animations, sometimes the computer freezes and the music repeats like old computers when CPU was at 100% until suddenly some seconds later it starts to work again. For example, when putting reverse gear this also happens because of the animation to the rear camera. This is a very annoying issue and I know for sure that it did not happen before the update.
Do somebody here have the same problem? Is Ford aware of this?

were all having issues, Ford not interested and still keep updating there cars that breaks sync 4.
only suggestion is complain to Ford customer care
