Problem with powerup 4.2.2 on Focus MK4 sync4

Hello. After powerUP 4.2.2 my maps crash every time i use it, even after a reset. I have also problem with audio during calls (metallic voice). My car is a  2023 my, born in july. How can I resolve this problem? Does anybody know if there is a scheduled update to solve it? Is possible a downgrade?? Thanks

There is already an ongoing thread where we are all experiencing the same issues I’m afraid.

Even though the community is more for the U.K. market, your update is the same to what we are all getting and what Ford Sync team have accidentally broken with 4.2.2

Ive copied Rob on hear as he knows we’re all having issues with the update, 

it may be easier to have just one open chat for the issues
