Hi everyone,
We've seen that a few users are stuck on the Ford logo loading screen when they open the app.
We'd like to get this fixed but need to try and replicate this problem on our end.
If you're affected by this, please comment ("This happens to me" ) and I'll DM you to get some more information.

This happens to me very frequently only resolved by turning my phone off and then back on - then the app will open .

Hi @JoJo, thanks for getting in touch. This should have been resolved a few updates ago though. Are you on the latest version at the moment?
