FordPass app worked great until I made the mistake of updating my iPhone to iOS 16. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a fix or do we have to wait for Ford to update the app? It will not boot up and just shows the Ford insignia.

Hi @RaptorScott, this is quite common amongst apps whenever a new iOS or a new iPhone is launched. We released a new FordPass update yesterday which should help. Could you let me know if this works?
And as @MachEbh mentioned, there's also a new iOS patch (16.0.2) which provides some bug fixes.

I am on iOS 16 with no issues with FordPass. 16.0, 16.01, and now 16.02.

I’m having the same issue. App stuck on the white page with Ford logo.
