Hello,
Don't know where to find help.
Got strange issue with Sync4.
I've powered on my Focus MK4 2022 and instead of Ford startup screen i got .... Lincoln screen ...
Everything look the same but Navigation system was not working " loading map" message for
15 minutes then it changed to .. small compass symbol (!) never seen before.
I went to system updates and there was a message "next update will be provided by Lincoln "...
I've restarted Sync4... Ford startup screen returned but Navigation is not loading. No more strange system update msg.
Any advice how to fix this issue with Navigation ? Factory reset didn't helped ( same as battery off)
Could ford send /force one more time update ?

This happened to me around the same time (December 2023)
Today the maps have reappeared.

My was fixed last Monday when finally ford 4.2.2 update successfully was downloaded via OTA

The dealer had told me that I need a new sync unit, presumably that’s not correct.
