I am now one month into owning a Mach E AWD ER and starting to understand it more. However, one thing that I can’t fathom out when trying to access my driving and energy efficiencies, are the discrepancies of data on some journeys. I attempt to drive consistently, but on a sample journey the Ford Pass App reported:
Energy Efficiency 3.5 ml/kwh
Brake Score 96%
Driving Efficiency 88%
Journey 26.1 miles
Initially, I was elated because,on the face of it, I thought that looks OK.
However, on sample shorter journeys, in particular, the reports indicate the following:
Energy Efficiency 108.1 ml/kwh ?
Brake Score 0%
Driving Efficiency 100%
Journey 5.4 miles
or
Energy Efficiency 5 ml/kWh
Brake Score 95%
Driving Efficiency 94%
Journey 2.7 miles
Some journeys report inf mi/kWh with a Brake Score of 0% & Driving Efficiency of 100%
Am I missing something?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

At least you guys are getting ‘My EV driving’ data anyway !
Those of us with a Build 1 Mach-Es’ are stuck with…
” You have no previous trip data to view”
That’s with 15k miles on the clock, and uncountable emails to Ford Mache Support since last March, seeking resolution, with only we are waiting for a reply from Tech.
Finally last week it’s suggested I go to dealer to get IPC Module Updated.

Hi @DavidK @jason3499 we're still looking at this but we've also had a few updates since then. Can you please take a look at some recent trips and see if any abnormal figures are still showing up?
