Hello,
My utility provider, BGE(Baltimore Gas and Electric), is ending TOU billing support for JuiceBox chargers. Reason being is the data they are receiving from EnelX(JuiceBox's parent company) isn't accurate on a daily basis.
The solution is to purchase a new charger that is compatible or enroll the car in WeaveGrid's system. The problem is that Ford does not partner with WeaveGrid, the list of OEMs that do include Tesla, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, and Lexus.
