Hello, since 3 days I'm struggling with charging my PHEV Kuga. Every single time after car is plugged charging stops after 10-20 minutes. In Ford Pass I can then see charging times which aren't set up by myself... I've tried to reset settings in the car, in the app but it doesn't help. Any idea what's going on?

Hi @Longer, have you tried to do a master reset already? I would also suggest removing the car from FordPass and then adding it back in to see if that works in terms of resetting the charging settings.

Hi @Ikenna, I've done both things. Yesterday car has been charged normally. But today it has stopped charging after 1h. This is really annoying. Weird charging slots are recorder again in the app.

Hi @Longer, thanks for trying. And this isn't how the app should be working. Could you please use the "chat" or "call" function in the app? Our Guides can log this for you as it's investigated.

Is there any resolution for this?
I have exactly the same issue. It prevents the vehicle from
charging almost every time now.
