I don’t understand why the preferred charge times are only available on the hour? 30 minute intervals would help a lot and it’s not a big deal to change it.
Octopus EV tariff is from 23:30-05:30. Those of us who have been screwed out of being able to use the Octopus app for charging because of Ford Pass blocking accounts because of allowing 3rd Party access. Preferred times is a good manual work around. Ford claims blocking the SmartCar app access this is for protecting our privacy. But seriously look at our data that Ford Mobility Ltd sells on us and our use from our mandatory data sharing consent required to use the App. So it’s obviously more about protecting, but their own interests & control.
