SecuriAlert on iOS notifications...

Been having this issue, roughly the past 6 months or so and haven't found a solution. FWIW, when I first got the truck, I would get the alerts, albeit quite delayed, but I would get them.

I have SecuriAlerts enabled (no schedule) and I no longer get notifications until I go and manually open the FordPass app. I'm on the latest iOS on an iPhone 14 Pro. I've reinstalled, rebooted, you name it....no change (even installed on a fresh iOS install). It's as if the alerts don't display until I open the app. I've also checked to ensure background app refresh is enabled. For example, say I open and close the door several times on the truck, no notifications badges, until I go and open the FordPass app...then the badge count populates with X number of events almost instantly.

Any suggestions?
