App just loading

Hey I’ve just got my new Ford and was told to download the app. I’ve put in my login details and it just keeps loading, I clear it and try again but it’s just the Ford symbol, and won’t let me do anything.  Any suggestions??

It’s a joke, it doesn’t work on my partners phone either, they need to sort it out

Hello @Kezza @Stevepuma, our latest app update 4.24 was released a few days ago and solved this issue. Could you please let me know if this works for you?
