Hey I’ve just got my new Ford and was told to download the app. I’ve put in my login details and it just keeps loading, I clear it and try again but it’s just the Ford symbol, and won’t let me do anything. Any suggestions??

Hey @Stevepuma@Kezza, the team is currently working on a fix for this for the app. It seems to be mostly iPhones that are affected. You can still use the website to access your account and add your new vehicle.
