Fordpass app homescreen

When I start my fordpass app it’s pretty empty.

Just the buttons for starting, locking, unlocking, light and horn.

Where is the nice picture of ”my car” I see on all pictures of fordpass app all over the net?

Would be nice if I could get a picture of my Focus ST Mean green in the app.

Sorry! Forgot to mention them, yes they do appear. Everything works just fine.

Just that I get a grey background that feels, well, empty.

All the pictures on the net and app store shows a picture of ”your car”.

I asked at my dealer and they told me Ford removed this a while back due to problems

with the wrong car showing up. How could this be? Users choose the background from a

list of models and colors and this can never fail. Going automatically with the

VIN would be even nicer, if it worked.
