Connect Modem & network issues

Hi,

 

Just swapped my puma for a brand new one and cannot activate the vehicle in the app.

Dealer advised that Ford had some 'network issues' and to keep trying.

Checked my Sync screen & no modem serial number is shown.

Connect settings show as 'cannot be displayed at the moment. Please try again later.'

3 days later & no change- have tried the App Chat & emailed Ford Customer Services- no answers, so can you tell me what's going on?

From Ford Twitter:

'Hi Paul, We are currently experiencing issues on some vehicles related to connectivity functionality, the team are aware and are investigating.

This may affect FordPass activation, and remote command functionality We will update you ASAP once we know more. Apologies for the inconvenience.'
