I bought a 2020 Ford fusion and the transmission has been bad the whole time and I e had it in Ford service 6 times.qnd still not fixed I e always bought Ford but I will never buy Ford again.they don't care about the custumers

I sympathise with your bad luck and service.
But I fail to see what this issue has to do with Fordpass, Connect, the
app, SYNC4 or anything associated with these. This is not a general car problem site.
