How often do you update the maps in the built-in navigation?

Hi @Denmic79 We do not publicly discuss our commercial relationships with any of our suppliers, in common with most other companies. We're also, unfortunately, not in a position to comment on third party conversations around this relationship.
As @Ikenna has already mentioned. SYNC 4A includes connected navigation, which ensures that maps are updated without the need for any action by the driver or vehicle owner, or the need to wait for a Ford Power-Up Software Update. When updated maps are made available, then the connected navigation is updated. There isn't a fixed timing available that we can give you for when or how often these occur.

Hey @Denmic79, they're updated regularly automatically (in the background) assuming you're asking for the Mach-e and SYNC 4a.
The frequency of these updates depends on the frequency of the map providers' updates.

Yes it is an mach-e, sorry for missing that information.
A facebook group (private unfortunately) i am a part of, there is a user, who actually have asked HERE maps how often they update the maps, and their answer is that they only supply the platform for sync4a, and not the map updates, which ford should take care of.
At least that is the case in Denmark.
Can you confirm or deny this statement?

Ok, it was worth a shot 😁 and I fully understand. Just hoped perhaps you internally would figure it out how often and who does the update.
It's just that (from that Facebook group) the navigation does not have their home street. But Garmin/here maps does.
I have only found that some speed signs are mis-read/read from the map info. And they are wrong.
