📢 Update on the FordPass Community 📢

Hey everyone,

We have to share some bittersweet news.

Since launching in late 2021 and building this amazing community, we're saying goodbye to the FordPass Community at the end of July.

We plan on taking the insights and format of this pilot to improve experiences and gain direct customer feedback.

Over 2,000 of you have joined the community to share your knowledge and tips, submit ideas and ask questions. We've seen over 15,000 posts and 12,000 kudos given to each other.

While we're sad to see this chapter close, we're grateful for everyone who's helped make this a success and a positive place for people to come together.

We encourage you to stay in touch and keep the conversation going in other places where you can.

Over the next few weeks, we'll still be posting updates where we can and any next steps.

Once the community closes, don't hesitate to contact our Guides and visit the FordPass FAQs.

😕Specially when ford dosent have a serial number for updates, no description or generic description on updaes. this community is only place to get right information. 
I understand if Ford doesn’t wants to engage in conversation but a replacement wiki page entry should be there to provide information on EU models. The US updates differ from EU so other mach e forums are not applicable to EU users.

Hi, @Frostie the upcoming FordPass Beta is still going ahead. We're looking to add everyone who accepted the T&Cs into a group next week.
