We're carrying out important maintenance to our service network between 2pm on Saturday 30th April, and 2pm on Monday 2nd May.
During this period, certain remote features and services may become disrupted.
You may not be able to register a new Phone as a Key or use Plug & Charge accounts. There might also be a delay in Master Reset FordPass Connect activation requests.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any potential outage will be temporary, and our services will be fully up and running shortly after 2pm on Monday 2nd May.

It is rather disappointing to read about this here and not on any of the Forums that Mach E owners actually visit. (https://www.macheforum.com and https://www.macheclub.com)
Also, when providing dates and times, it is always best to include the time zone so folks will know when they'll not be able to charge their cars on spring road trips!

Hi John,
Ford doesn’t run those forums so it’s unlikely they will be used as an official communication channel.
FordPass users received a message to let them know about the planned outage ahead of time as well. Being in the know is one of the advantages of giving permission for in-app messages.

Hi, @JohnFoxeSheets this forum (for now) is only for UK users and thanks for the feedback, we'll include the time zone too next time to avoid any confusion if people happen to be overseas.

Nowhere on the site does it clearly state that this site is for UK customers only. May I suggest that the site be modified to do so?
