Remote start and Securialert features disappeared after service

Had my 2021 Ranger serviced yesterday at a Ford dealer, when I got it back Securialert was no longer available in FordPass or FordPass Pro. 
I subsequently removed the vehicle and added it again and now remote start is missing too. 
I have enabled the connected services in the vehicle. 

Any help appreciated.

Hey @RW & @Ikenna - Without the vehicle being reset I have not encountered it unenrolling for the service in the past, it's quite possible that there was an outage in one of our cloud services that connect up to FordPass.

Now that you went ahead and removed the vehicle and then re-activated it , it would force the enrolment to start over. If you feel comfortable sharing you VIN in a private message to me then I can go ahead and check on the enrolment status and start to work out what's going on with your app
