Locked out of FordPass for the second time

Hi all,

 

I am using Intelligent Octopus from Octopus Energy. Since making the integration between my Ford account, I have been locked out of FordPass twice. I've followed the instructions in the pinned thread the first time it happened, and tonight I find myself locked out of core functionality of my car again. 

 

The email I got tells me to not connect 3rd party apps, but this is an integration that both you and Octopus promote. 

 

Please can you tell me how to stop this from happening again?

I’m having exactly the same issue. Been locked out for the 3rd time now. Getting very frustrating & annoying now. I’ve done everything I was told to do, yet this happens again. I’m guessing now as it’s a bank holiday I won’t be able to get this unlocked now until sometime next week. Which just isn’t acceptable. Really there should be a way to unlock this myself, rather than needing to call in and go through multiple menus to talk to a person, who then passes it onto the relevant team. Why is this not automated??
