The FordPass app, at least on Android, is incorrectly calculating the amount of energy added to the car. The app is merely multiplying the hours the car is plugged in by the power rate being supplied, regardless of whether the car has reached its charging limits or isn't charging at all.
In the screenshot, only 27% of the total charge was added after being plugged in for 12 hours. However, the app calculated that it added 89 kWh of energy to the battery. This value is far from representing 27% of the battery's full capacity unless the battery's total capacity is 360 kWh, which obviously is not.
