Hi everyone I contacted ford pass they are aware of the issue of the app saying the vehicles running and are working on a solution

Kind of an old issue that some saw with 5.0 initially, is this iOS or Android?
1) Have you updated the app to the current build?
2) Have you logged out of the app and back in ?
3) Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
4) Have you tried a master reset of Sync?
