Hi ever since the update my phone says the car is running so I can’t start it is anyone else having issues and are they working to correct the problem any info will help thanks. Glenn

What OS is the device? iOS or Android?
Are you on the current build?
Have you tried logging out of the app? (not just closing it)
Have you rebooted your phone?

I am using IOS with the latest version 17.5.1. I have logged out of the app, deleted the app, reloaded the app, did a factory reset on the car, removed my vehicle, added back force closed the app and nothing.

I am having the same issue. I've done all of the steps suggested and it still thinks the car is on. I can lock/unlock the car, so it's connected. I'm on iPhone 13Pro / iOS 17.5.1
It's very frustrating.
