Ford pass Securialert

Hi , my first post 

I collected my new 2023 Ford Focus estate from the dealership today 

I’ve setup the Ford pass connectivity etc and all works fine except I’m not getting securialert notifications at all . I can lock and unlock remotely and the app is displaying relevant car data 

I previously owned a Ford Puma so understand the Ford pass 

I’ve deleted and re installed the app on my iPhone and have reset the Ford pass in the car 

im thinking that maybe the Ford pass backend systems have not processed my setup as yet 

any thoughts

Hi Mikem,

As per the recent in-app messaging communication the SecuriAlert feature is due to be decommissioned as of June 1st.  Ford want to spend time working on quality and stability so that customers, like you, don't have to experience issues as you have.
