We are now rolling out Ford Power-Up 4 and 5 software updates to our customers in Europe. Details of these can be found later in this post.
Please read this first
To ensure a smooth delivery of these updates we strongly recommend:
The following is also very important to ensure undisrupted delivery:
We deploy updates, when they become available, in batches across a period of time. The vehicles selected for each batch will be chosen at random, so please don’t worry if you see someone online receive an update before you do, we haven’t forgotten you! It may take a few weeks for your updates to start arriving and there may also be a few weeks or more between each update. Your car will need to be driven regularly in order to receive all of the updates, if you are away on your holidays or business without your car it’ll be alright and the updates will resume once you are back home and on the road again.
With the many factors involved in deploying software updates to a vehicle, in a small number of cases, it may take more than one attempt to successfully deploy an update. If you do happen to receive an unsuccessful update please don’t panic, we will manage these situations remotely and ensure re-deployment happens, you won’t need to do anything.

hello @robi10101298 whats your sync version? Thanks
on 08 April 2024 08:59 8
23159, unfortunately, the sync4 was not upgraded because this is possible only with apim replacement. So far, after 200km I can see that the navigation freeze didn't appear anymore and also no problem with driving modes not available

The Bluetooth is ok?

I didn't try it since I'm using only android auto, and so far, there were no issues with the sound

It's good that you've had the dealer look at your car, this is something which we recommended. They will not have updated the APIM as the software in the dealer tool is the same level. It would be worth confirming exactly what the dealer did, as I'd only expect an ACM update to be available. There is no SBDO module, this is reference to a dealer diagnostic routine. Im not aware of a BCM update. We can take a look at your VIN if needed to confirm, with your consent.
