Octopus Intelligent - Controlling Charging - not a single issue since switch in April
Have a Dash Cam with USB splitter plugged into mirror power supply - no issue since purchase late May 2023
Charged Vehicle without Issue Wednesday 9th Aug
Received Ford Power up 4.2.1.2 Sometime on the 10th Aug
Plugged into charge approx. 7pm 13th Aug - went to bed assuming all was well
went to car at 6:30 this morning - Electrical System Drain - Service required amber/yellow warning
Message from Octopus App - cant control vehicle
Charging stopped at 2 am
Vehicle will not communicate charge status or update location to the ford pass app
is this an issue with the power up?
how do I reset and start again? - especially with the Octopus app and API

P.S. - is there a way to see what 3rd party APIs have permissions or access to my MACH-E

Quick Update - as directed by Fordpass tech support on the phone, Have done a Fordpass delete, wait an hour and reinstall and log on, as well as a Fordpass connection reset in car - still hasn't fixed the wrong charge status or location about 28miles wrong
