I charged my new MACH-E ER AWD for the first time today , first using the supplied 3 pin plug and later at an InstaVolt charger but neither have recorded in my app. Any ideas why?

Hi @PA, in some instances, charges can take up to a week to show up in the app. Also congrats on the car!

the dealer is doing a check and reset on the modem as when I called Ford support they weren’t getting a response from it so just to be sure, they suggested the reset but the car drives beautifully, loaded with tech. Wasn’t sure as I’ve gone from one extreme (mustang 5.0GT to the Mach-E!) but so far different but great

I have the same problem. I get about 50% off my charge sessions logged. Right now, it’s not logging anything. Sorry I can’t help you, but you can rest easy that it’s nothing you are doing wrong!
