We have a new mustang Mach e AWD extended range. I set it to charge to 80 percent. It reaches that and then sometimes goes to 100 percent that I don’t want. Sometimes it then stays at 80 percent and it keeps running (I hear the humming) and my rotary electric meter keeps spinning fast.
I also have plug in rav4 and never had this issue. My charger is a Wallbox and never caused me problems over the past 3 years. Still no problems with the RAV4.

Check the preferred charge times in the vehicle itself and make sure that “Charge Now” is disabled

I have a very similar problem. Have you been able to get any explanation or fix? On my Fordpass app, the KWH's used increased from 22.1kwh to 84kwh while the charge percentage remained flat at 90% (which is the limit that I set), and that is after I manually stopped the charge.
