MY21 All updates including 5.1.1 but never had Alexa

Today I received OTA 5.1.1 and have had all previous 3 and 4 updates. During the 3 updates it said I was now Alexa ready and it would appear on my Sync shortly (or words to that effect). However It has never appeared. I have searched all menus for it but not there. What am I missing? Has one of the series 3 updates not completed correctly?

When I received Alexa I had to do a SYNC hard reset, then the Alexa configuration icon appeared in the top bar. I don't know if it works after all the following OTA updates you have received.

Thanks for that. Yes I’ve tried that but probably not at the time of the Alexa update so I guess too late now as it didn’t work
