Ford pass says car is on

Hi ever since the update my phone says the car is running so I can’t start it is anyone else having issues and are they working to correct the problem any info will help thanks. Glenn

I did mine from the inside of the vet. While it was running I slid it to off when it said it was off I slid it to turn on. It did then I slid it to turn off again. It keeps kind of working for me but goes back to running all the time every couple days.  They need to fix the app.  I should remove my original reply now.

I just fixed mine. When you slide it to turn the car off it goes to off for 1 second you must be fast but the second it says it’s off before it goes back to running slide it to start the car. You must be fast. Let it run for a minute then slide it to shut the car off. When the car shuts off it will now say parked and you should be able to use the remote start again.  I have been working on mine for weeks. It’s all working now.
