After I click the restart FordPass I get a blank white screen waited 10 mins still won’t work. Reset app and phone still won’t work. Even uninstalled the app. I have an apple iPhone 14

Have deleted and re-installed. Still nothing. I saw a post that said send someone in support your VIN number, but now I don't see that comment. Can anyone help??
