Ford pass does not work after upgrade

After I click the restart FordPass I get a blank white screen waited 10 mins still won’t work. Reset app and phone still won’t work. Even uninstalled the app. I have an apple iPhone 14

Same here as of today. iPhone 11. Updated app today and can’t get past white screen. Sigh.

Have deleted and re-installed. Still nothing. I saw a post that said send someone in support your VIN number, but now I don't see that comment. Can anyone help??

Hello All, I hope this get out to all.. I think I found issue(s)

2022 Ford F250, APP Version 5.0.2, Latest IOS version. This is what I did. Hope it helps.

Safari, Make Safari your default browser (you can change later), Turn ON, Also in private browsing - Turn OFF, Block Pop Ups- Under Advanced Tab, Allow Cookies - This is biggie change!!, Under Extensions Tab, Turn All Extensions OFF. I had some weird AD blockers, VPN, Paypal Honey. TURN THEM OFF, try them back on later if you need them. Make sure Ford app has location service turned on. Truck/Car OFF. Restart phone. It popped right up. Hope this helps. Work Awesome now.
