I activated the blueoval subscription in my Ford account but my Ford pass app keeps telling me that it’s not activated and need to go to the web account to do this! Because of this I can’t use my app to use the blueoval network to charge my car. How can this issue be resolved?

@PA When I set up my charge card it took ages to show, I had to phone Ford to sort it out.
Best give them a phone call to sort it out.
