It would be useful to be able to use the remote start feature on the Mach E when it has been parked overnight and not been on charge. As the vehicle goes into sleep mode currently this can't be done without going out to the car and waking up manually.

Remote Start should work if your car has sufficient charge and hasn't been dormant for a while. We'll look into this for you and come back with an answer or we may need to get some more information from you to help.

Hi @Ikenna that's for the quick response, it happens after the vehicle has been locked for about 60 mins regardless of charge level

When the vehicle is on charge it doesn't go to sleep.

@Chrisw, I can remote start my Mach e after it’s been left for over 8hr and not on charge, I regularly use it to defrost the car when I’m finishing work. 

maybe check all the settings in the car as you can adjust the length of time it runs for also I do have to hold the remote start in the app for it to work.

I must apologise. I posted an comment on Chrisw’s Remote Start Mach-e idea in error. My comment is an idea (button in the FordPass App to open the bonnet) and I posted it in the wrong place. Apologises again so please remove it from the comments.

I have exactly the same problem, my car goes in to deep sleep after about 30minutes. I called Tech support and they couldn’t sort it. So it’s going back to the dealer next week to have it investigated.
