Just updated the app and it is frozen in the welcome page. Deleted the app and reloaded three times. Powered off phone and no fix. Any suggestions ?

still stuck.

I just got off the phone with them.
In your accessibility settings, reduce your font size to the smallest settings possible, and then open the ford app. You should be able to see the “continue” button after that.
