Can't activate Ford Pass on 2021 Class C Motorhome

I have a 2021 Forest River Class C Motorhome that, from what I can tell, should be ford pass capable. Other users of the same year and model have enabled it but I seem to have issues.
2021 Forest River Forester Classic 3011DS
When I try to activate I get the error "unable to complete your request to change authorization"
Any help would be appreciated

Curious how others have "got it to work" since it's technically a Ford vehicle, but heavily modified and not sold by Ford. If the vehicle has an activated FordPass modem, it could work. However, I could see Ford actually suspending the VIN due to the modifications done. You would have to verify that the vehicle actually has a modem.
The error you're seeing also suggests that the modem is activated by another account already. Reach out to the dealer, and/or Ford support team to for help on that. This site isn't going to be the best resource for support on that issue. Phone support through Ford will be your best bet.
