On ford.com is a page that describes how to update a Service Record. It shows the stages:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Service screen.
- Tap Service History.
- Select Add Record.
However, when I look at Service History on Ford Pass, there is no "Add Record" option. Why is this? Is it possible to access in reality? I am in the UK (Europe).

This is to view your service record that dealers upload to the Ford database when carrying out the routine maintenance procedures. It is not for us mere mortals to add to, hence why NO "Add record" button. ford.com is the American side of the website and as has been mentioned before, they have completely different functions to us in the UK.
If you are missing any records from your service history you will need to get the dealer (or the CRC) to upload them.

Ford Pass 4.x had the option to add your own service records. Sadly, in v5.x it's one of the features that was lost.

Currently you can still do owner entries via the site and they will show in the app.
In all seriousness, I don't understand why they pulled the function.
