Hi all

 

i had my app fully working and noticed it hadn’t updated any information or location for around a week, I removed the app and re installed and nothin.

 

since then I’ve been unable to “activate my vehicle”

 

it pops up on the in car screen to approve, then after the 90 seconds it keeps saying “unable to authorise, try again later” I’ve done this several times in several different locations.

 

any advice what to do?
