I noticed the other day that when using the Lightning logo as my profile logo that when in light mode and dark mode the background of my profile icon changes. Why not use these same backgrounds for the menu button, setting button, etc. would look muc...

Why make this screen just to limit it to what was being done in instrument clusters 10 years ago. You can include nav, cameras and even a view only version of what is being displayed in CarPlay or Android Auto.

Show the current software version of all modules (as much as theoretically possible at this time) in the UI. This would greatly reduce confusion, warranty service requests, and lead to a more on par EV experience.

Temperature inside and outside the vehicle available on app. This feature is more helpful than you might imagine when it comes to knowing if you need to pre-condition you battery or turn on the cabin HVAC before you arrive to the vehicle.
