More Apple integration

Not a FP item, but would love to see more Apple integration on the small screen in our cars, it’s good that we get some nav info from Apple Maps in the small screen, as Apple & Ford are using each others APIs would it be possible to have some album art or Now Playing info on the small screen in case we haven’t got music open on the big screen?

I would 2nd this. However knowing CarPlay and how its systems works I know the only option would be to move from using the IPCs UI to show the iAP2 data to moving to displaying a 2nd H.264 stream. I am not sure the current hardware can support this, but it would be worth exploring. The multiple stream process was introduced in 2019 so lets hope the hardware can do it!
