Question

I'm an Android Auto user so the My Journeys feature does not record record.

Answer

If you established an AppLink connection prior to setting up Android Auto, your journeys should still record. If you haven't done this, disable Android Auto on your vehicle's touchscreen, unplug the USB cable and connect your phone via Bluetooth.

To connect with FordPass on your vehicle's touchscreen, select 'Mobile apps', then tap the FordPass tile and wait for the menu of options to appear. After this you can enable Android Auto and your journeys will record.
